- Korie: Musubi maker with handle, Furikake, & Teriyaki Sauce
- Shaneika: Rice and Soy Sauce
- Jordie: Utensils

- Bring in pictures of the food that is representing each culture that has been included in Roots and Recipes power points.
- Script/Costumes
Timing:
- 1-3 minutes: Introduction - ask a few questions and summarize Hawaii's diversity of people and how we are all brought together by the food that we eat and how other cultures enjoy the same dish. Others that are not hosting at this time will be quietly setting up the table in the back table.
- 2 minutes: Showing pictures of the foods that represents some of the cultures in Hawaii and do a brief summary of each picture and culture.
- 5 minutes: Making spam musubi, while Maine is making spam musubi with us and talk about its popularity in Hawaii. For example, they are packed as lunches for little elementary students when they go on their educational field trips.
